A downloadable mod

Adds 2 new types of weapons currently. 8 "Snake" weapons and 5 "The Bolt" weapons.

This is a Nuclear Throne Together (https://yellowafterlife.itch.io/nuclear-throne-together) mod. It requires that to work, it was only tested on v9921.
